Statute -- construction -- statutes in pari materia. R.L. 1905, § 131, as amended by L. 1913, c. 104, § 1, now 1 Mason Minn. St. 1927, § 221, and G.S. 1894, § 5093, as amended
by L. 1907, c. 234, now 2 Mason Minn. St. 1927, § 9110(4), relate to the jurisdiction of justice courts and should be construed
as "in pari materia." The provisions of the 1913 act are not so inconsistent with those of the 1907 law as to indicate a purpose
to repeal it with reference to jurisdiction of justice courts established by home rule charters.
